First of all, a huge congratulations on finding your person! We are honored and delighted that you’d consider us to play even a small but important part in your epic love story.
We are here to act as a resource and advocate, supporting you both individually and as a couple.
We created the following guide to give you an overview of what it’s like to work with me and to share more information about the collections and optional add-ons I offer. If you have any additional questions or concerns after reading through it, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
The Experience
A simple, stress-free process from inquiry to grand exit!
STEP 1: After reading through this guide, the next step is to book a consultation with us (over the phone, via email, your preference) to discuss your needs, get to know each other, and chat about which package is right for you.
STEP 2: If we’re a good fit and you’d like to move forward, we will send you a proposal with a contract and invoice to make our partnership official. Once you submit the contract and 50% deposit, your date is secured on our calendar and you can breathe a sigh of relief!
STEP 3: During the time leading up to your weddings, we’ll act as a personal guide for capturing the event. We can also offer vendor recommendations, tips and tricks, and more. If you choose a package with additions like an engagement session, we’ll schedule it for a few months before your wedding, and create a shot list for the day of.
STEP 4: The big day has finally arrived. It’s going to be great! We’ll get to your venue early to scout out the layout and lighting. Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while we will do our thing!
STEP 5: Your gallery/video will be delivered 8-12 weeks after the event. Once delivered, you are free to download, print, and share on social media.
Pro tip: Plan a date night with your new spouse to look through everything together and relive the joy of that day all over again!

Yes, we have two videographers and photographers that are skilled in both mediums

Generally, the editor/videographer will select music based off the vibe of the event and necessary, editing needs. That said, if there is a song you desire to have included, just let us know. If its available on the licensed site, we are happy to accommodate you :)

Yes, the deposit secures your date and therefore prevents us from booking ourselves with other clients.

No, we post our package prices online and list all additional costs in our quotes and contracts.
A package price will increase if you decide to include any “add-ons” or if your event has multiple or distant locations.
If you pay online with a credit card, there is a 3% transaction fee required by the processor.
